Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
[Beef seaweed soup] Please prepare beef. You can go to the meat section and ask for soup, and I think it's usually cooked with Korean beef brisket. :)

Put the beef in a wide bowl and fill it with water to remove the blood.

While removing the blood from the beef, soak the seaweed.You can just use the cut seaweed, and if you use long seaweed, you can use scissors after soaking

I left it for more than 30 minutes, and the blood of the beef came out. I'll remove the water and season it here and make seaweed soup.

1.5 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, and pepper dabbing make the meat taste better, so make sure to season it. ^^ Season the meat, let it ripen for about 10 minutes, and then start cooking seaweed soup right away :)

Stir-fry seaweed and beef together, add a spoon of minced garlic, and mix well,

Now pour the water and boil it :) I added 1.5 spoons of tuna fish sauce for the soup. If you don't have tuna fish sauce, season it with soy sauce or salt. Seaweed soup tastes better with a lot of minced garlic. Seaweed and minced garlic go well together, so add them to your liking^^ Seaweed soup tastes better the longer you cook it for. :)

[Stir-fried pork belly] 1) Sprinkle sugar on the pork belly and grill it enough. (Bake enough to eat right away) 2) Make a sauce with 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, and 1 spoon of ginger powder & pepper. 3) When the meat is cooked, cut it into bite-size pieces and boil it down with the sauce. 4) It can burn, so stir-fry it so that it doesn' 5) Add green onion salad (or green onion song) and stir-fry slightly, then turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds

I made sticky rice with boiled red beans and soaked glutinous rice. You can add a little more water than regular rice. It's easy if you turn the electric rice cooker into nutritious rice mode

[Pork and pork] First, soak the meat in water to drain the blood. If you use pork front leg meat or pork belly or pork belly, it has proper fat and is delicious, so please refer to it.
