I used the chicken breast sausage that I bought at home to make it healthy.^^ I'll share a simple recipe and diet lunch menu :)

Cooking Steps

It's rice cooked with white rice, brown rice, and chalbori. If you soak rice at night and make a reservation in the morning, it's better to cook rice ^^

He stir-fried chicken breast sausage and paprika as the main side dish and served seasoned spinach, stir-fried anchovies, and ripe kimchi together.

Cover with enough seed oil and preheat the frying pan.

And cook well over medium heat, back and forth, so as not to burn. Herdak sausage was sold with cuts already in it. It was convenient because it was introduced separately.

When the sausage is done, take it out with a cutting board and cut it into bite-sized pieces, trim a paprika and fry it in the remaining oil.

You know that red vegetables are good for your health, right? It's good even if you eat it raw, but it's good even if you stir-fry it slightly. I stir-fried it without any other seasoning, but it's okay to stir-fry it with a little salt, and then add the cut sausage again and stir-fry it well to blend with the paprika.
