STEP 1/10
These days, I cook rice mixed with barley and brown rice. Originally, I didn't like rice cooked with barley rice, but barley is good for improving immunity, so I think it's good and enjoy it
STEP 2/10
Prepare the mushrooms, cut them into bite-size pieces, and chop one onion
STEP 3/10
Place 1 spoon of grape seed oil in a frying pan and preheat for about 30 seconds.
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry the onion first :) I ground a little bit of Himalayan pink salt and put it in.
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry onions until golden brown.
STEP 6/10
When the onion is cooked, add the prepared mushrooms :)
STEP 7/10
Add oyster sauce. Add 1 to 1.5 spoons of oyster sauce ^^ Add or decrease the amount of oyster sauce according to your preference
STEP 8/10
I put 1.5 spoons of oyster sauce, but it seemed a bit salty, so I boiled it down with a little water. (Water is 1/3 cup based on paper cup)
STEP 9/10
If you stir-fry it over medium-low heat, it's done with the delicious saesongi oyster sauce
STEP 10/10
Cut 2 pieces of cucumber pepper into big pieces, add 1 spoon of soybean paste, 0.5 spoon of oligosaccharide, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 0.5 spoon of minced garlic, a little bit of red pepper powder, mix them evenly, and finish with sesame salt.^^
