Make a spicy stir-fried squid sauce, cut the squid into bite-size pieces, and marinate it in the sauce.

Add 2 spoons of oil and stir-fry sliced onions and green onions in a heated pan to enhance the flavor.

Add seasoned squid to vegetables and stir-fry quickly for about 2 minutes.

Stir-fry it over high heat and reduce it to medium heat so that the squid is cooked evenly. But if you stir-fry it for too long, the squid will get tough, so stir-fry it for one more minute.

Place stir-fried squid in a concave bowl.

Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes, rinse them in cold water, and mix them well with 2 spoons of soy sauce and sesame oil.
I blanched bean sprouts and seasoned them with salt, sesame oil, and sesame salt.
I rolled it around the side of the stir-fried squid and put it into a pretty flower shape.
Stir-fry squid over high heat and season the noodles. That way, the seasoning is perfect.
