STEP 1/7
Wash bean sprouts twice and drain.
*If the bean sprout root is too long, cut it.
I just did it because it's not that long and there's a lot of asparagine in my roots.

Shred onions and cut peppers in half.

Chop green onions and perilla leaves thickly.
*When I finished making it, I couldn't see the green onion.Please slice the green onions sideways.

Cut the square fish cake into 1cm wide pieces like bean sprouts and remove the fat with hot water.
STEP 5/7
Make a stir-fried sauce with 3T of cooking wine, 2T of red pepper powder, 3T of soy sauce, 1T of tuna sauce, and 1T of minced garlic.
*If it's salty according to your taste, reduce soy sauce to 2T.

If you put bean sprouts and salt in medium heat and die, you will rummage Stir-fry onion, fish cake, and sauce.
(As you can see in the video, water comes out of bean sprouts.)
STEP 7/7
When it's fried to a certain extent, complete it with Cheongyang red pepper, green onion, shredded perilla leaves, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Leave bean sprouts on medium heat without water for about 3 minutes. When water starts to form, you can stir-fry fish cakes and vegetables.
Adjust the soy sauce according to your taste.
