Tandoori chicken air fryer frying pan in two ways
I made it into a snack that can be eaten with Tandoori Chicken children representing India with Curry. How do you make it?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, wash the chicken cleanly and dab it with a fork to make cuts
STEP 2/9
I don't care about any chicken parts. I used the chicken wings at home. It was frozen chicken, so I poured milk and removed the smell for about 30 minutes.

Add 180g of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of curry, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of pepper

Mix the sauce well, then add the chicken that was soaked in milk and mix well.
STEP 5/9
Put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen for half a day so that the seasoning is cut well.
STEP 6/9
Bake aged chicken in air fryer or frying pan. Please preheat the air fryer by idling it. (185 degrees 10 minutes)

And cook one side of 185 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Bake the rest and the other side at 185 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Finished baking with F ^^

You can grill it with a frying pan. Preheat the pan over high heat with plenty of cooking oil and place the meat on top. At first, it's high heat.

Bake it on high heat once in a while, and then turn it down to low heat. Close the lid of the pan and cook slowly for 5 to 7 minutes. If you bake it for 5-7 minutes in the same way, you can bake it in a frying pan. ^^
