STEP 1/10
Place seaweed on a dry cutting board.
STEP 2/10
Place rice paper on top and cut to size of seaweed. It doesn't matter if the seaweed is a little bigger. If you use a round rice paper, place it in the middle and fill it with other rice paper at each corner in a cross shape.
STEP 3/10
I did it next to the sink. Turn on the water, soak the rice paper in lukewarm water, and stick it on top of the seaweed.
STEP 4/10
If you have an oven with a drying function, put it in the dryer and dry it out for 17 minutes at 180F. Or dry it at room temperature for half a day. Alternatively, preheating the oven and turning it off will dry.
STEP 5/10
Please check if it's dry.
STEP 6/10
Remove dried seaweed without moisture and cut it into bite-sized pieces. At this time, seaweed powder and rice paper splatter in all directions, so be careful. If it doesn't stand out and cuts well, it's proof that it's not fully dried yet.
STEP 7/10
You can put it in a zipper bag and store it so that it can be fried right away when you want to eat it. It's easy to store dried seaweed chips, right? LOL
STEP 8/10
Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil and adjust to high heat to very high heat. Instead of frying them all at once, put them in one at a time and take them out after 3 seconds. Put the rice paper side in the oil and it's done in 3 seconds!
STEP 9/10
I didn't have any taste salt, so I ground it with sesame salt and ate it. Mash the sesame salt and it tastes much better! (I think you can use ramen powder or other seasoning powder)
STEP 10/10
If you eat it lightly with seasoning powder, the snack is complete! If you make it a little bit more salty, you can eat it as a side dish! I quickly fried it this morning and packed it as a snack.
When frying, fry one or two at a time. It'll be fried in 3 seconds, so you can do it quickly. If you add ramen powder or other seasoning powder, you will taste differently.
