Chop 2 pieces of fish cake a little thicker than ramen. Chop the green onions into small pieces.

Beat in one egg in advance

Add 500ml of ramen water and ramen, please.

Add fish cake and green onions.

With minced garlic and fish cake, it becomes different from the ramen soup I knew before. The oiliness of fish cake and garlic go well together. Add eggs and don't stir. You can just leave it soft.
