My brunch menu. Mala egg fried rice
I made it thinking about adding mala sauce to the egg fried rice that I ate often, but it's boring, but it reminds me of it! I can make it easily. :)

Ingredients
  • mixed grain rice
    1bowl
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • leek
    1handful
  • Mara sauce
    1spoon
  • Salt
    1little
  • Cooking oil
    3spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare the ingredients. -If you like mala flavor, you can add a little more. :)

Beat in 2 eggs with a pinch of salt! Then, add rice and mix it well.
STEP 3/7
Add green onions to cooking oil and stir-fry them to make green onions smell!
STEP 4/7
When green onions are golden, add eggs and rice and stir-fry them.
STEP 5/7
When it's about 80 to 90 percent cooked, add mala sauce and stir-fry it's almost done.
STEP 6/7
If you stir-fry it with a spatula, it becomes crispy like nurungji!
STEP 7/7
Mala egg fried rice is done! :)
Be careful not to burn when frying over medium heat.
