    200g
  • Parmesan cheese powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice garlic thinly and shred onions.
STEP 2/8
Slice the mushrooms and cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/8
Blanch broccoli in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.
STEP 4/8
Drain the noodles, wash them in running water, and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 5/8
Grease a heated pan with a little olive oil and stir-fry garlic, then add bacon, onions, and mushrooms and stir-fry.
STEP 6/8
Add soy milk and when it starts to boil, add Parmesan cheese powder and mix well.
STEP 7/8
Add the drained tofu noodles and blanched broccoli, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley powder to complete.
