STEP 1/8
1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot, 1/4 paprika,
Eat shiitake mushroom 1 as if you're slicing it
Please cut it nicely
(Other vegetables in the refrigerator can be used)

In a medium heat frying pan or wok, add cooking oil
After 2 Ts, in order of long cooking
Dangg, onion, mushroom, and paprika
Stir-fry it. (1 to 2 minutes)

Add a pinch of salt and a cup and a half of water paper,
Add 3ts of sugar and 3ts of vinegar
Please boil it.

When it starts to boil, lower the heat
Add starch water (3-4Ts of water, 1Ts of starch powder)
Add and stir to adjust the concentration,
1ts of lemon juice and 1ts of dark soy sauce
Turn off the heat

Blanch ramen; blanch ramen 1 in a boiling water pot for about 2 minutes, then sift it
Drain, please.

Put enough cooking oil in a medium heat frying pan
Wrap it around (about 4TS) and clump it together
As you press it, bake it until it's golden brown.

Place the cooked ramen on a plate,
Please warm up the hot water sauce.

If you put hot water on top of course
Delicious ramen tangsuyuk is done.

2. Boil the ramen, drain it, put enough cooking oil, and make it golden
Grill it, please.
3. Add starch water to the hot water sauce and adjust the desired concentration.
