Salmon Ochazuke (My own brunch)
A drunk female customer orders a special salmon ochatsuke in a movie called Tavern Rip. Ochazuke is a dish where you pour tea, hot water, or soup again. I enjoyed a bowl of rice with hot water... It was time for lunch, and there was a piece of salmon in the refrigerator. I invited an acquaintance who lives nearby and had a light but reliable meal. ^^

Ingredients
  • instant rice
    2bowl
  • Salmon
    1piece
  • a beautiful forest
    2spoon
  • Scallions
    little
  • Water
    200ml
  • Wasabi
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil green tea in 200ml water.
STEP 2/5
Please prepare salmon with salt. Grease the pan slightly and grill the salmon. When you look at the side of the salmon, if it's 80% cooked, you can turn it upside down and grill the rest a little more. Sprinkle 2 spoons of Mirim and bake more before finishing.
STEP 3/5
Put the soup back into the green tea and water and bring it to a boil. I didn't use the udon soup, so I used it to make it taste good.
STEP 4/5
If it's salmon with thorns, please prepare it with thorns. Put the chives and salmon flesh on the rice and pour the soup.
STEP 5/5
Sprinkle seaweed flakes and it's done.
It's delicious even if you add wasabi according to your preference.
