Making bacon egg rolls with mozzarella cheese
It was a savory dish with bacon and cheese in an egg roll. I strongly recommend this menu as a side dish.

  • Bacon

  • mozzarella cheese

  • Scallions

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Beat in 3 eggs, about 2 pinch of salt.
STEP 2/9
And chop up a little chives and put them in.
STEP 3/9
Pour about 2T of cooking oil into a frying pan and pour the beaten egg mixture when the heat starts to rise slightly.
STEP 4/9
Place two slices of bacon on top when egg mixture starts to cook slightly.
STEP 5/9
Add two handfuls of mozzarella cheese.
STEP 6/9
Roll the eggs carefully when they are half cooked.
STEP 7/9
Reduce heat to low and bake egg rolls back and forth until golden. Cook thoroughly to the core.
STEP 8/9
Cool the cooked egg roll slightly and put it on a cutting board and cut it.
