STEP 1/9
Prepare tteokbokki sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and 400ml of water and mix well.
(I'm going to put the red pepper powder separately later on!)

Rinse the tteokbokki rice cake in water and soak it for a while.

Cut 1/4 green onions and fish cake.
Please choose shredded cabbage according to your preference.

Grease a pan and add chopped green onions to make green onion oil.

Add the sweetened meat and cook it over medium heat until the meat turns white.

When the meat turns white, add tteokbokki and prepared sauce.

Bring to a boil and add fish cake and cabbage when the soup is reduced by half.

When the ingredients are mixed together, add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder.

I put mozzarella cheese on it after adjusting the concentration to the point where the soup became an old-fashioned tteokbokki.
