Ingredients to prepare

Defrost frozen crab meat in cold water
Gently. Carefully

If you have an electric pot, I'll boil water.

Crab meat doesn't taste salty either.

(Egg whites don't clump together and dissolve well)

Mix the starch water well and pour it in.
Pour starch in one hand
I stir with the other hand.
So that the starch water doesn't clump together!!!
Adjust the concentration according to the concentration you like.
Dab the pepper
STEP 8/8
Soft tofu breaks little by little while cooking
It went well with the other ingredients
Taste it for the last time and boil it a little bit and remove from the heat.
