STEP 1/8
First, I put 100ml of soy sauce in the pot.
And since I don't have cooking wine, I replaced it with soju and added 4 spoons of soju and 4 spoons of sugar.
If you have cooking wine, you can add cooking wine.
STEP 2/8
And I put in half an onion and two cheongyang peppers (I dabbed the cheongyang peppers with a fork to make a hole.) I put in four to five whole garlics. I don't have whole garlic at home, so I added half a spoon of minced garlic instead.
And boil it.
STEP 3/8
Later, when it boiled, I tasted it and added some more to suit my taste. I added one cheongyang pepper and 2 spoons of oligosaccharide and boiled it.
When I tasted it, I took out minced garlic, onions, and cheongyang peppers with a strainer and cooled them down.
STEP 4/8
Lee Jung-hyun prepared egg yolk for me until the soy sauce cooled down. I broke six eggs. I heard there's a tool that separates the yolk from the white.. I don't have one!
I used a big spoon to scoop the yolk and cut the egg string with scissors to separate it.
And then.. I couldn't move a piece of yolk because it popped.
STEP 5/8
Carefully pour the cold soy sauce into a container where only the yolk is gathered.
STEP 6/8
Ta-da! Lee Jung Hyun's egg yolk is done.
I had chives at home, so I cut them a little and put them on top of Lee Jung-hyun's egg yolk. With the yolk like this, it feels like a pretty dish. I put this egg yolk in the refrigerator.
STEP 7/8
So the seasoning of the soy sauce was kept well in the yolk, and a few days later, I took it out to eat.
I put the butter on the rice and put one egg yolk of the yolk. And I popped the yolk and mixed it.
STEP 8/8
It's not fishy but savory and light.
I can't eat salty food well, but I liked it because it wasn't salty.
I like spicy food, so I thought it would have been better if it was a little more spicy.
Next time, I'll cut Cheongyang red pepper at the end and put it in. It was a simple recipe for yolk sauce without any other side dishes if you mix it with rice and put a piece of kimchi on it.
