Guacamole rye bread open sandwich made with poached eggs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
If it's a ripe avocado, cut it in half and twist it into half. Cut it in half and poke the seeds with the tip of a knife
If you twist it, it comes out on its own!!

And add salt and pepper while controlling the amount according to your taste
You can add onions or lemon juice if you like, but I added ricotta cheese!!
