Chop the potatoes, please.
I'm going to blanch the potatoes before frying them. While shredding potatoes
You can cook quickly if you put water on the pot.

The blanching time is about a minute.

Trim 100g of ham while blanching potatoes.

Cut the ham into small pieces.

Place potatoes in a strainer after 1 minute.

Rinse with cold water and drain.

Pour about 6T of cooking oil into a frying pan.

Stir-fry the ham first. Pretend you're grilling it first
Stir-fry for about a minute. (You can also earn time to drain the potatoes.)

Add chopped potatoes, too.
Then, stir-fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 0.5T of salt, please.
STEP 12/16
Add 0.5T of sugar.
STEP 13/16
Then stir-fry enough until the potatoes are done.
I wrote down 6T of cooking oil, but if you don't have enough oil while frying, you can add 1~2T more.
Potatoes are actually all different sizes.

Taste the potatoes in between and turn off the gas when it's cooked.
Then, add 1T of sesame seeds.

Lastly, add 1T of sesame oil and mix it evenly.

If you mix it well, it's savory and soft
Stir-fried ham and potato is done.
You have to blanch the potatoes for about a minute to make it smooth. Then drain enough water!
