STEP 1/14
I'm going to make muffins using muffin mix.
STEP 2/14
Leave the eggs at room temperature for about 30 minutes to foam well. Lightly beat 2 eggs and 80ml of milk in a bowl. If there is no milk, add water.
STEP 3/14
Sift 1 bag (300g) of muffin mix. The air is in and it swells well.
STEP 4/14
Add 50g of melted butter or cooking oil and stir with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5/14
The dough is done.
STEP 6/14
Apply cooking oil to muffin molds. It's to make it fall off easily. Pour the dough into the muffin mold by about two-thirds. Don't fill it up because it swells.
STEP 7/14
Heat to 180 degrees for 20 minutes in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. If you poke a toothpick and the dough doesn't come off, it's done.
STEP 8/14
The dough swelled too much by running the hand mixer for a long time. It's good to clean up the swollen part with a knife. You have to cool the muffin completely so that it doesn't melt when you put the whipped cream on it.
STEP 9/14
I bought it because I was amazed by the color cream mix. I know how to make fresh cream myself, but I think it's a convenient product. Milk, chocolate, and strawberry whipped cream. Strawberry cream. I decided to make two.
STEP 10/14
Pour 75ml of cold milk into 1 bag of whipped cream mix and return it to a hand mixer. This is the strongest step. Whip for 3 minutes.
STEP 11/14
If the whipped cream has horns rather than time, you can see that it's done.
STEP 12/14
Put the whipped cream in a small bag and put it on the muffin.
STEP 13/14
Make strawberry whipped cream in the same way.
STEP 14/14
The piping bag is different, so the shape is different. The muffin cake is done.
