STEP 1/11
It's made up of vacuum packaging
STEP 2/11
Baguette, octopus, shrimp, enchovy & olive oil sauce, rosemary, garlic, peperoncino, etc. are in it. Enchovy is a similar ingredient to salted anchovies in Korea and is widely used in Western dishes such as pasta and gambas. Pepperoncino is an Italian pepper that is spicy even if it is small.
STEP 3/11
It looks colorful and nutritious, so I used ingredients at home for red cabbage, onions, blanched broccoli, and black olives. It's even better if you add cherry tomatoes.
STEP 4/11
Wash the octopus and shrimp under running water and dry them with a kitchen towel. Because you put it in the oil, if it's wet, the oil splatters and you can get burned.
STEP 5/11
It's a delicacy if you add extra spaghetti noodles at home.
STEP 6/11
Add plenty of water and when it boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and boil the spaghetti for 8 minutes.
STEP 7/11
Do not rinse in water, but mix with 1 tablespoon olive oil
STEP 8/11
Add the enchovy and olive oil sauce and stir-fry the rosemary, garlic, and pepperoncino. Then, add red cabbage, onions, etc. and stir-fry shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Add blanched broccoli and black olives and stir-fry them.
STEP 9/11
Bake baguette in dry pan over medium heat for 2 minutes to golden brown.
STEP 10/11
Add the octopus and stir-fry it for 2 more minutes to finish. Since we added vegetables, it's better to season it with salt.
STEP 11/11
Octopus gambas is done.
