  • glutinous rice flour
    200g
  • edible flower

  • Salt

    150ml
  • Honey

Cooking Steps

Wash fresh flowers in cold water and soak them
STEP 2/13
Mix 200g of glutinous rice flour and 1t of salt in a bowl

Add 2 to 3 spoons of hot water with a spoon and mix them evenly

Stir in hot water little by little with a spoon until the glutinous rice flour lumps together

When it's lumpy, knead the dough with your hands to make it

The dough should never be tough and make it long enough to shape

Make 5 round rosims

Press it down with your palm to make an entire shape

Put 0.5T of cooking oil in a pan and rub evenly
STEP 10/13
Place the dough on top and cook on one side

When the pancake is half cooked, turn it upside down and put the drained edible flower on top

After putting the flowers on top, turn them over and cook for a few seconds until the flowers stick together and turn them over again

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with honey or maple syrup
