Making Black Bean Noodles with Chapagetti
Thanks to Aden who likes jajangmyeon, my grandmother gave me a box of Chapagetti as a gift I thought I should only eat Chapagetti for a while for ramen that I only ate on weekends, so I was wondering if there was a new recipe, and I found out about making Ganjajangmyeon with Chapagetti~^.^ I'm satisfied with the luxurious Chapagetti

Ingredients
  • Chapagetti
    1pack
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • leek
    1/3ea
  • Young squash
    1/5ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the onion and green onion zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/5
Add a bit of oil over medium heat and stir-fry the onions and green onions first, and when the onions turn golden, add zucchini and stir-fry more.
STEP 3/5
While stir-frying vegetables, boil the Chapagetti noodles according to the recipe.
STEP 4/5
Put the noodles on top of the stir-fried vegetables a minute before the recipe and stir-fry them by mixing them with water and jajang powder.
STEP 5/5
I put the well-fried noodles and put sliced cucumbers on top of the garnish.
Mix the Chapagetti powder with the noodles and stir-fry it with the noodles, so the sauce doesn't get lumpy. If the Chapagetti noodles become dry while stir-frying with vegetables, you should adjust the concentration with the noodles, so don't pour the noodles out. ^.^
