Today, I listened to healthy omelets that are okay to eat a lot using tomatoes, eggs, and vegetables. The Italian omelet is called a fritata, so I can call it a tomato egg fritata, right? Crammy goes in and it holds the flavor, so it tastes good and it's an omelet that's good for dieting!

Cooking Steps

Slice the cherry tomatoes. Chop the onions and bell peppers, please.

Place 3 eggs in a bowl and add 2 pinch of salt. Then add 2 creams, chopped green pepper and onion and mix well.

Place sliced cherry tomatoes on a greased frying pan. Pour in the egg mixture you made.

When the bottom of the dough starts to cook thickly, it's time to turn it over, right?
If you try to flip it over with a spatula, you might fail, right? So I used a plate.
[1] Cover a plate larger than the diameter of the pan like a lid.
