STEP 1/9
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and chilli peppers for 5 to 10 minutes
Soak it and rinse it in running water

Soak 1 tablespoon of salt in water for 5 minutes

Put anchovies in a dry ungreased pan until they smell savory
Stir-fry until crisp and shake on a sieve to shake off the powder and impurities
If you put it in a dry pan and fry it crispy
It's savory and can blow away the smell and fishy taste of anchovies

Put the stir-fried anchovies in another bowl, cut the chili in half, and slice the whole garlic
Mix all the ingredients except sesame oil and sesame seeds to make the sauce

Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the pan and stir-fry the sliced garlic
Add chili pepper and stir-fry it. When the whole garlic turns golden
Add the sauce and boil it

Turn it down to medium heat and add the stir-fried anchovies
Stir-fry it so that it goes well with the sauce

Lastly, add sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix them
Stir-fried dried anchovies with savory flavor is done

If you stir-fry it like this, the pepper is green and crunchy, and the anchovies are crispy, so it's really good
