Prepare bread, cheese ham, and vechamel sauce ingredients

It's a ham cheese toast base
Make the vechamel sauce.
First, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

When butter melts, add flour
I'm going to gently.

Keep stirring and stir-fry.
If you stir-fry it until it's brownish
It doesn't smell like flour

If it is brown, add milk.

Season salt and pepper to taste.
Make the sauce with a thick concentration.

Layer the bread and ingredients together.
First, put the sauce on the bread
Spread it out and put it on.

Place sliced ham on top.
It's thin, so I put two layers on top.

Add sliced cheese on top.

Cover it with bread again.

On top of that, spread the bechamel sauce thinly.

Lastly, mozzarella pizza cheese
Add a generous amount and sprinkle with parsley powder.

Bake 200 minutes in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
You can cook it in an air fryer,
You can grill the cheese in the pan until it melts.

It's freshly baked ham and cheese toast
Eat when the cheese is stretched out
It's perfect for a nice brunch menu^^
