Tofu steak, healthy diet, tofu dishes
My heart is always young... Your body seems to be showing signs of menopause^^ At this point, I thought I should make some changes for my health. I'm going to eat a healthier diet. I tried making tofu steak with a diet that avoids salty and spicy foods and fills nutrition. Maybe it's because it's tofu, but I felt good. Make sure to eat a healthy diet with tofu.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Crush tofu and place on a strainer tray to remove moisture.
STEP 2/11
Put it in a cotton cloth and squeeze it by twisting it with your hands to remove more moisture.

Cut the avocado in half and chop it into small pieces.
STEP 4/11
There are about four shiitake mushrooms. Please chop up the mushrooms and prepare them.

Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl and add 2 eggs. Eggs are used to make the dough stick together.

Add a little salt and pepper and mix well and knead.

Make the dough round and flat, kneading with your hands.

In a heated pan, place the steak in olive oil and bake until golden brown.

Please make a sauce to go with the steak. Shred onions, shred oyster mushrooms, oil a heated pan, and stir-fry onions and oyster mushrooms.

Make and mix the steak sauce in advance, and when the onions are cooked, stir-fry the sauce and add 1T of starch water (starch 1: water 1).
