Seasoned squid with delicious raw squid combination
Blanch raw seaweed because it's green, cut and boil a squid, and coat it with red pepper paste sauce, and it's very delicious from the taste to the texture. For those who can't eat raw seaweed raw because of its unique scent, I recommend blanching raw seaweed. Seaweed seasoned with soy sauce or red pepper paste after blanching raw seaweed has another taste.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/19
I prepared two handfuls of raw seaweed with one hand. Seaweed doesn't wash and the seawater stays the same.
STEP 2/19
Pour enough water to soak the prepared seaweed into a pot and boil it.
STEP 3/19
When the water boils, add raw seaweed.
STEP 4/19
And blanch the seaweed by stirring it up and down.
STEP 5/19
The black seaweed blanches completely green overall.
STEP 6/19
When the raw seaweed in boiling water turns green, pour it into a sieve and cool it enough under running water. And shake it several times to wash it.
STEP 7/19
Drain enough water from the seaweed washed and sifted. Squeeze as much water as you can with your hands. You can turn the seaweed into a vegetable dehydrator and drain the water.
STEP 8/19
Cut the seaweed because it is easy to eat.
STEP 9/19
I grabbed the prepared seaweed with one hand and got three handfuls.
STEP 10/19
Prepare a squid and remove the legs from the body. Then, use a scallion knife inside the body of the squid to make cuts diagonally.
STEP 11/19
Cut the squid triangular fin and cut the body in half lengthwise and into 1cm pieces.
STEP 12/19
The squid legs removed from the body of the squid are swept down with the fingertips, removing the sucker and washing it. From the body part, chop until the legs fall off individually. And cut two squid long legs according to the length of the other legs. And cut the rest of your legs in half so that they're not too long.
STEP 13/19
When the water boils in the pot, add the cut squid.
STEP 14/19
And boil the squid while stirring evenly.
STEP 15/19
Boil until the water boils evenly and the squid turns red.
STEP 16/19
Pour the squid into a sieve, wash it in running cold water, and prepare it to be firm.
STEP 17/19
Drain the squid as much as possible and put it in a bowl with blanched seaweed.
STEP 18/19
Add 2 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder, 5 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of plum extract, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil.
STEP 19/19
And then put it on so that the sauce gets soaked.
