Chop green pepper, onion and red paprika into small pieces. It's missing in the picture, so please chop up the orange paprika.

I'll chop up the beef, too. You can just use it if you buy beef brisket. I have sliced beef at home, so I used it after chopping it.

Crush a block of tofu and prepare it.
If you put tofu in a sanitary bag and crush it with your hands, it gets crushed easily. Then, hold the appropriate amount with your hands, squeeze the water, and place it in a bowl

Place mashed tofu, beef and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

Add four eggs. Add 1 tsp salt and 3 pinch of pepper and mix well to make a dough.
I don't put flour or flour when I make jeon. As I said before, if you don't add pancake powder or flour, you can make pancakes that are much lighter and less greasy. I feel better after eating it.

Place in greased frying pan and bake brown back and forth.
If you don't put in the powder ingredients, you might think the meatballs will clump together. Eggs are enough to make the meatballs. But the meatball is softer than the powder, so you can fry it in the frying pan.

It's delicious when you dip it in soy sauce made with a little bit of vinegar. I like the taste of various vegetables being chewed. The scent of sesame leaves is especially good. Once I made it, I cooled it down and sealed it in the refrigerator. If you heat a few of them up for each meal, it will be a good side dish for a day or two.
I'm trying to feed my growing daughter with nutritious food day by day. It's full of vegetables, but it's more colorful, so it's better for my daughter to eat well.
