Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add half a cup of water and mix well
STEP 2/8
Prepare sweet potatoes/onions/carrots/hams by cutting them into small pieces
Add other vegetables or mushrooms to your liking

It's for pork curry
STEP 4/8
Put the sunflower oil in the pan, stir-fry the sweet potato/carrot for 2-3 minutes over high heat, and then add the pork

Add the onion/hammer cut, add 2~3 pinch of salt, stir-fry for 2~3 minutes so that the onion is slightly transparent, then pour water until the ingredients are slightly submerged and boil

When it boils up, pour the curry powder evenly, lower the gas heat to medium low, mix gently, and bring to a boil

I put sweet potatoes instead of potatoes, so I put stevia sugar instead of white sugar for sweet curry
*You can add and remove sugar as much as you like

I purposely took out the ones that looked green for the kids. Maybe that's why or because they were sweet, I took a bowl of rice! You mix it well with kimchi
