Wash potatoes clean, peel and slice thinly.

Dip it in water to remove starch, rinse it several times and drain it.

Cut onions and bacon into bite-size pieces.

Put olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry sliced potatoes.

Add sliced onions and stir-fry with herb salt, salt, and pepper.

Add bacon and stir-fry until golden brown and turn off heat.

Put 3 eggs in a bowl and mix well with salt and pepper.

Add the stir-fried potatoes and bacon and mix well.

Pour olive oil in a frying pan and add egg water.

Cover and cook over medium low heat for 3-4 minutes, then reduce to low heat.

Cook until the top side is about steamed eggs.

Place a plate larger than the frying pan on top of the frying pan.

Turn the frying pan over and place the omelet on a plate.

Wipe the frying pan with a kitchen towel and cover with olive oil. Put the omelet on top and bake the other side over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Sprinkle ketchup on it.
