I've bought canned saury, but it's my first time getting canned sardines^^

Create a sauce for sardines.
Mix 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp rice wine, and 2 tbsp soy sauce.

They say you can chew on the sardine's thorns... I roughly removed the thorns for the kids to eat.
Sprinkle the spiny sardines back and forth with flour.

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and grill the floured sardines back and forth.

When the sardines are baked, spread the sauce on the front and back and bake them again.
