Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
The dongchimi is a bit salty, so I soaked it in water for about 30 minutes before using it.
Please slice it with the radish.

I added chili powder, perilla oil, and sugar.

Add minced garlic.
The seasoning is cut, so you don't have to season it separately.
STEP 4/4
Mix it well and it's done.
Dongchimi radish can be salty because of the liver cut off, so it's good to soak it in water and eat it.
