I mixed minced garlic, soybean paste, vegetable soup, and red soup to make the seasoning.
STEP 7/10
Add water, season and boil mussels.
STEP 8/10
When the water boils up, add the cut shrimp and squid.
STEP 9/10
I put the noodles in at the end to make it firm.
STEP 10/10
Boil it until it's firm and it's delicious.
Take out the hair of the mussels and wash them thoroughly with thick salt.
Remove the internal organs of the shrimp using a toothpick.
If you season it with soybean paste and minced garlic, it's more spicy, savory, and delicious.
If you want hard noodles, add ramen last.
