Cooking Steps

Take out the hair of the mussels and wash them thoroughly with thick salt. Remove the internal organs of the shrimp using a toothpick. If you season it with soybean paste and minced garlic, it's more spicy, savory, and delicious. If you want hard noodles, add ramen last.
