  • Soy sauce
    2Ts
  • cooking wine
    2Ts
  • Red pepper powder
    2Ts
  • crushed garlic
    1/2Ts
  • Sugar
    1/2Ts
  • Water
    100ml
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare chili tuna.
STEP 2/8
Cut the peppers diagonally.
STEP 3/8
Add salt to the slanted peppers and pickle for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Make seasoning with soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper powder, minced garlic, sugar, and water.
STEP 5/8
Do not wash the pickled peppers in water, just remove the water.
STEP 6/8
Add cooking oil and pepper to a pan and stir-fry on high heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Add seasoning and boil over high heat.
STEP 8/8
When half the seasoning is left, add chili tuna and boil it down.
