Cooking Steps

It's a flounder that's been dried with its head and intestines removed.

Wash the trimmed flounder lightly under running water and strain it through a sieve to drain it as much as possible.

Prepare 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and a green onion in a wide pot or pan to make a fish stew.
