Please wash the ginseng clean.

Please cut off the head of the ginseng.

Drain the ginseng, jujube, and ginger with a kitchen towel, place them in a large pot and add 3.5 liters of water and simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours. I used a smart cooker to steam for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, the ginseng is sweetened.
The color looks darker because I added a lot of jujube.

I left half of the ginseng water frozen and the rest refrigerated.
