STEP 1/8
Prepare ratatouille sauce first.
Cut 3 tomatoes and remove the skin by pouring hot water.

Chop 1/2 onion and peeled tomato into small pieces.

Grease the pan lightly and stir-fry the ingredients until they die.

Add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp commercial tomato sauce.
You can add or subtract tomato sauce according to your preference.

Trim the ingredients. Slice at regular intervals.
I prepared 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 eggplant, and 2 tomatoes, and it's enough for two people to eat at once.

Place sauce in heat-resistant container and place ingredients one by one.
STEP 7/8
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of olive oil on vegetables and bake them.
STEP 9/8
It tasted so good when I grilled it, so I put a few on it and baked it together.
It's very simple, but it has various colors, so it looks good. :)
