Rinse spam in lukewarm water, remove moisture, cut into bite-size pieces, and place in a pan

Put the grilled spam on one side of the pan, add bok choy, add 0.5T of oyster sauce, and stir-fry only bok choy until the seasoning is absorbed in the bok choy, and then stir-fry it with spam
