This combination is really dalgona and macaron cheesecake
Dalgona is gaining worldwide popularity due to the popularity of K-content. Wouldn't it be a perfect combination if you dip macaroons in dalgona? If you add a thick, rich flavor of cheesecake to it, you'll complete a sweet table without needing any other dessert.

Cooking Steps

1. Heat the sugar in the dalgona ladle and when the sugar is completely melted, add a pinch of soda and stir well.

5. Add the remaining dalgona crumbs to the whipped cream and whip to make dalgona cream.

6. Decorate the cake with macaroons using dalgona cream.
1. Since dalgona is easy to burn, stir evenly over low heat, and do not heat it when adding soda. 2. Macaroons are fragile, so please touch them gently. 3. The cream is easy to melt due to hot dalgona, so please harden it in the refrigerator.
