How to season spinach with fish sauce

  • Spinach
    97g
  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    0.5spoon
  • Sesame
    1spoon
  • perilla oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps

Cut and trim the bottom of spinach with a knife.
STEP 2/5
Boil the water.
STEP 3/5
Boil it in boiling water for 3 to 40 seconds.
If you boil it for too long, it'll get soft, so let's boil it a little bit.
STEP 4/5
Remove and rinse in cold water.
STEP 5/5
Squeeze the water slightly and mix with fish sauce, minced garlic, perilla oil and sesame seeds.
Parboil the spinach for about 3-40 seconds and add fish sauce instead of salt to make it taste better and more delicious.
