We prepared 800g of trimmed cod, sprinkled 1/2 teaspoon of salt, seasoned it, and moved the frozen cod to the refrigerator to thaw it.

There are cod body fat, head, and everything with gon. When preparing fish as well as cod, blood clots on bones should be removed as much as possible so that there is no fishy smell when cooking.

Prepare 1 green onion, slice the white part diagonally, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and boil.
