STEP 2/8
I cut the japchae into small pieces using scissors.
STEP 3/8
Add perilla oil and stir-fry the chopped japchae.
Stir-fry the glass noodles until they are transparent.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry japchae until it is clear and mix with rice.
STEP 5/8
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry it.
You can add more or less oyster sauce depending on your taste.
STEP 6/8
While frying, push the rice to one side and break an egg.
STEP 7/8
Beat in the eggs and stir in a round shape.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry it with scrambled eggs and it's done.
You can use the leftover japchae and cut it into small pieces and stir-fry it. Season with oyster sauce and if you don't have oyster sauce, you can add soy sauce. It's more delicious if you stir-fry it with perilla oil than cooking oil.
