STEP 1/10
Season beef with salt and pepper and mix.

Choose a thick eggplant, cut it in half and cut it back and forth.
Sprinkle salt back and forth on the cut branches.

Spread flour evenly on eggplants.

Mix beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of plum enzymes.

Chop green onions into small pieces.
Add 1 tsp potato starch and 40g water (about 1/4 cup) and mix.

Grease with olive oil, bake eggplant back and forth until golden brown and remove.

Add a little olive oil and stir-fry the seasoned meat, then pour starch water and stir-fry.

Then add half a tablespoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry it.

When the meat is fully cooked, turn off the gas stove and cook the green onions in lukewarm heat.

Put the stir-fried meat on the eggplant and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete.
Instead of flour, you can spread flour or starch on eggplants.
Beef is fine, such as sunny side up, tenderloin, and sirloin.
