Cooking Steps

I cut brown rice cake into small bite-sized pieces and put boiling water on the fish cake bar to remove some grease. Of course, you can use white rice cake instead of brown rice rice cake
STEP 2/4
The dried seaweed is soaked in water in advance, so it is softened, and when it boils, put the anchovy kelp stock in a pot, put the seaweed in it, and boil it, and add the rice cakes cut with Joseon soy sauce.

Add minced garlic as it boils and cut fish cake into bite-sized pieces at the end. Fish cake is already heated, so boil it for a while and turn off the heat. If it's bland, add a bit of salt
