STEP 1/13
Add 1/2 spoonful of coarse salt to 120g of oysters and gently mix with your hands to remove the remaining oyster shells.

Add water here and wash it gently with your hands.Wash it by changing the water three or four times.

Remove the cleaned oysters.

Wash the bean sprouts clean and drain them.

Chop the white part of the green onion into small pieces and the blue part into small pieces.

Chop the cheongyang peppers sideways and chop up the garlic.

Add 2 spoons of cooking oil, chopped green onions, and stir-fry enough not to burn.

Add 1/2 of the red pepper powder and stir-fry it on low heat.

Add 550ml~600ml of water and add 1 spoon of crushed garlic in the powder soup and bring to a boil.

When it starts to boil, add ramen and bean sprouts and bring to a boil for about 2 minutes.

Put the oysters in here and boil for another 2 minutes.
STEP 12/13
Lastly, add the green onion and hot pepper and boil it a little bit.
