STEP 1/24
It's an ingredient you need for cooking seafood soft tofu stew. 1kg soft tofu, onion, green onion, 150g clam meat, 4 shrimp, a little squid, anchovy, kelp, minced garlic 1TS, 2TS chili oil, 1 egg, 1.5TS salted shrimp, 2TS chili powder, sesame oil.

First, cut the onion into small pieces.

Cut the green onion into small pieces, too.

First, boil the water for the broth.

Add anchovies and kelp to make broth.
STEP 6/24
I'm going to make chili green onion oil while the broth boils.
Add oil to the pan.

Put the green onion on low heat.

When the green onion is a little cooked, add 2TS of red pepper powder.

This is enough to stir-fry red pepper powder and green onion.

Now add the onions cut into small pieces.

When the onion is a little cooked, add 1TS of minced garlic and stir-fry it.

And so, the basic soft tofu stew sauce is done!
I just stir-fried it like this, but the delicious smell vibrates.

Now, put soft tofu in the sauce for soft tofu stew.

And add anchovy and kelp stock.

Actually, it's delicious even if you eat it like this

I added 1.5TS of salted shrimp as the seasoning for soft tofu stew.

I used the shrimp that I had at home for soft tofu stew
If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in.

I bought a squid and put it in together.
If you don't have squid, you don't have to put it in.

And I added 2TS of chili oil.

Now, I moved as much as I could to a small pot and put it's served.
If you boil the clam for too long, it will get tough, so put it in before you eat it and boil it!

And I added a little more green onion.

You can't leave out eggs in soft tofu stew, right?
Lastly, add eggs and cook them half-cooked. That's it!
