Stir-fry dried shrimp on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes without oil in a pan to remove moisture and fishy smell.

Strain the fried shrimp in a sieve and filter the crumbs.

Make seasoning with sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, and red pepper paste.

Put cooking oil and minced garlic in a pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
