Spicy Kimchi Udon with Kimchi Stew
I thought of Korean kimchi stew, so I liked it until I boiled it, but there was no rice ^^; If I don't have teeth, I put it on the udon noodles with my gums and it was delicious. Make it comfortable with spicy kimchi udon, kimchi stew!

Ingredients
  • pork neck

  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • Mushrooms
    1handful
  • Red pepper powder
    2TS
  • Water
    1L
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Pour a little oil on the bottom of the pot and stir-fry the onions and green onions first, then stir-fry the pork and pepper when the vegetables die. You can eat any part of pork even if it's not pork neck.
Be careful not to stir-fry over high heat.
STEP 2/4
Add kimchi and stir-fry more. Our recipe is to stir-fry it for a long time rather than boil it for a long time. Stir-fry kimchi, then add two tablespoons of red pepper powder and mix well. I don't really like spicy food, so I replaced half of it to make a color.
STEP 3/4
Add 1 liter of water, mushrooms, and tofu and bring to a boil when the kimchi has softened to a certain extent. The amount of water can also be freely added or subtracted. Season as you please with the sauce/salt/soup.
STEP 4/4
It's so good if you just put it on after you heat up the udon noodles!
