Today's simple lunch menu is tofu noodle dish for health and diet, tofu noodle stir-fried noodles with Tofu Noodles. If you make a simple salad, it's much softer if you boil it for a while. If you want to stir-fry or boil it, you can wash it and cook it according to the dish. Nutrition is also nutrition, but it's easy to eat tofu noodles, so it's used well in cooking.

Crush the whole garlic with the back of the knife, put it in a pan with cooking oil, and stir-fry it over low heat to make it smell like garlic. If it's fried to taste, cut the square fish cake into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry it together. It would be nice to put some boiling water on the fish cake beforehand to take a shower and remove some grease.
